Art Contests 2014-2015
There will be two contests in which our students will be able to enter their artwork this year. Entering their work is optional but doing the work is not. We will be setting aside some of our art time for work on these projects. We will be doing other art projects as well. Be sure to come in the school and see your child's work on display in the hallways or in the classroom.
Washington Conference Office of Education
The theme for the contest this year is "America the Beautiful". We will be working together to come up with some ideas of how we can use artistic expression to show the beauty in America. The entries will be on display at Auburn Adventist Academy during the Seventh-Day Adventist camp meeting in June 2015.
Mason County Hospital
In January, the students will have the opportunity to create artwork that could be put on display in hospital rooms. This is open to all students grades K-8. All students will produce artwork but they will not be required to submit it.
